This often means going to extreme lengths to achieve this! In order to get the best results from our Shadow Foaming – we put every layer we produce through an industrial pizza oven, this heats up to around 110°C.

This heat – does not melt the foam, it simply gives it a shiny finish to its outer coating! This allows the foam to last for longer and gives it a better appearance all round!
